PRE-REGISTRATION
ᐅ New UPCT students
If you are a new student and you are interested in taking any of our pre-registration courses for the first time:
- Go to your UPCT Virtual Campus.
- Go to COURSES AND ACTIVITIES.
- Select the course you are interested in pre-enrolling.
- Attach an official certificate (Trinity, Cambridge, etc.) which states that you have passed the level prior to the course you wish to pre-enrol in.
- if you don´t have a certificate, then you must take a placement test
ᐅ Former students
If you have already studied with us, pre-register through your Virtual Campus before February 16 attaching the result you got in the last course you enrolled.
ᐅ External students and people with no employment relationship with the UPCT
You will be admitted if there are places available on the courses. In this case, you MUST follow these instructions:
- Send an email to servicio.idiomas@upct.es and tell us which course you are interested in. Wait until you receive our reply.
- Once you get our confirmation email, follow the instructions to request the placement test (above).
- If you have fulfilled the requirements and there are places available, you will receive an email from Servicio de idiomas with the result. Then you will be allowed to formalise your enrolment as follows:
- Register through the following link: http://identidad.upct.es/registro?destino=https://campusvirtual.upct.es
- Go to: https://campusvirtual.upct.es.
- Go to COURSES AND ACTIVITIES --> Courses.
- Select the course you are allowed to register under "Servicio de idiomas".
FEES
45 euros erasmus incomimg and UPCT students; 125 euros people with no employment relationship with the university and external students.
Free for erasmus outgoing students (after meeting some requirements).
DISCOUNTS
For UPCT students, different types of tuition fee discounts are available at the time of registration for the courses.
UPCT Students with fewer economic opportunities who meet the current definition of the MEFP in the current or previous academic year, may apply for a refund of the tuition fee for English courses (click here for more information ).
HOW TO REQUEST THE PLACEMENT TEST
- From February 2nd to 13th, send an email to info@escuelavictoria.es FROM YOUR UPCT EMAIL ADDRESS. The online level test will consist of some listening and reading/writing tasks.
- Escuela Victoria will send you an email with the link to the test.
- Some days later, you will receive the result.
- Pre-register through your UPCT Virtual Campus attaching the result before February 26 .
