PROJECT TITLE: Organizational knowledge, learning and ICT for dynamic capabilities creation in the banking context

SUMMARY: This project provides a more in-deep analysis about all elements participating in organizational capabilities development in banking industry. These capabilities basicly refer to knowledge management (KM) capability, learning/unlearing capability, and ICT capabilities. Thus, the aim is to foster a more sustainable and effcient new KM model in banking to create more customer value. The project analyzes this set of capabilites that are required by clients. Therefore, efficiency will be generated by saving and results improvement skill that these capabilites can provide to banking industry. The capability sustainability is generated from the reconfiguration ability front of enviroment changes, what creates potential sources of dynamic capabilities. To illustrate it, we propose a software package which is able to assess the capability gaps in banking firms.
