• To transmit the importance lying in locals’ participation; the creation and development among the agents; and the capacity to manage structural change processes, in any local development process.
• To apply theoretical and practical knowledge: Analysis and interpretation of socioeconomic and labour realities, social fabric enlivening, institutional framework, local and labour policies, intervention techniques, economic promotion, qualification programs and employment management.
