Mission and Vision
The Managerial Culture and Ethics (CEDES) Chair Caja Mediterráneo - Polytechnic University of Cartagena has the mission to analyze the relationships between ethics and economy in the organizational environment and to deepen its application in the company from a theoretical and applied perspective.

The CEDES Chair tries to be a meeting point for debate and development for research, educational and dissemination initiatives delving in the relationship among ethics, managerial culture and social responsibility, looking for stimuli to supply the economic activity with a more human dimension. This fundamentally humanist but inclusive stance must take other thought currents and academic disciplines into account, under a regional, national and international perspective.

Strategic axes
To fulfil the commitments of our strategic plan and the applied and multidisciplinary nature of the Chair, external relationships with different collective must be started, realizing the economic and social environment of the Region of Murcia, and specially the university world and its connections with other universities.

The four strategic axes on which the Chair is based are: research, education, dissemination and external relationships. Each strategic axis carries out a series of actions.

External Relationships:

• Collaboration agreements among university institutions
