Presentation:
The goal of the Bancaja Young Entrepreneurs-UPCT Chair is to promote the managerial spirit and vocations, supporting entrepreneur initiative and the generation of new managerial projects in the Spanish territory.

The Chair will serve as a background for the following activities:

1. Organizing and celebrating learning activities, such as seminars, conferences or master classes.
2. Developing research programs related to the study of entrepreneurs and the creation of companies.
3. Supporting the publication of monographs on the topics under study of the Chair.
4. Developing cultural activities and disseminating educational activity and research.
5. Fostering entrepreneurship and the creation of companies in areas under the influence or performance of BANCAJA.
6. Collaborating in similar projects with other Universities with which Bancaja has agreements.

Starting from this general framework, annual programs of activities are structured in two sections:

(1) Teaching and public relations; and (2) Research actions.
